DDbot (Drone Defeating Ballistic Optical Tracking) was purpose-built around the advanced STS M134X rotary weapon platform by the STS engineers to counter the rising threat from UAV.

Combining sophisticated real-time optical intelligence, intelligent sensor fusion, and predictive targeting algorithms, DDbot creates a complete autonomous defeat chain from detection to engagement. Developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence and optimized for demanding operational environments, the system provides operators with rapid situational awareness and reliable performance while maintaining full human oversight.

Augmented by an intelligent voice assistant powered by a large language model (LLM), DDbot includes a dedicated System Intelligence Officer whose primary mission is safety and system operation training. This LLM operates under strict safety guardrails and has no operational control or authority over weapon systems, autonomous tracking, or engagement decisions — all critical actions remain under direct human oversight via the intuitive operator interface.
